Strings Without Boundaries

 Soundpost Studio

I am so grateful to have received three summers worth of Grants from the Foundation for the Advancement of String Education. As a part-time home studio teacher at Soundpost Studio in Tucson, Arizona, the FASE Grants allowed me to receive invaluable roots in the Bornoff Approach to string teaching, and to receive Level I Certification. It has energized my teaching and playing in a profound way. Every lesson or practice session has not been infused with concepts from Bornoff Master Teachers Brenda Chambers and Debbie Lyle, as well as my classmates from the Bornoff workshops. It is with deep appreciation I express my thanks to FASE for offering such Grants and Scholarships to teachers and students alike! – Rosamond Finley
