Deadlines
The Foundation for the Advancement of String Education, Inc. is a non profit organization. Part of the mission of FASE, Inc. is to support (up to $500) students who are prospective teachers-in-training. Applicants must be between the ages of 12 and 24, currently active in classroom and/or private study of violin, viola, cello or string bass. How to ApplySubmit a one-page letter of application that outlines specifically the timeframe (beginning and ending dates) and how the funds will be used. Be specific. Priority is given to those student applicant proposals that focus on further study of one or more of the above named string instruments, projects (describe in detail), research, or attending specific string workshops and master classes. Projects and research must focus on an aspect of string development and string education. Include with the Letter of Application
The Board of Directors or designated awards review committee reserves the sole right to review, deny/award support (up to $500) based on the application information and attachments. Applicants may be asked to provide additional information. Awardees will be asked to submit a final report within 30 days of completion of project.
