If you need to communicate with the camp staff before camp starts call the Director, Jennie Chan, at 617-244-9249 or 617-571-0943. For contact once camp has begun, call the following numbers:
Please do not call your child during the camp week unless it is a real emergency. Instead, you may send a letter or post card addressed to: NAME Phone contact between parents and campers is strongly discouraged. We have found in the past that such contact can either develop or intensify homesickness. If it is absolutely necessary for your child to make a phone call while at camp, and the call is approved by a camp staff member, your child may use one of the staff phones to make the call. No student will be allowed to have a cell phone at camp. Any cell phones that do come with students will be held by the Administrative Assistant until camp sign-out on the last day. Please do not leave money,
valuables or snack food with your child. Bay State String Camp does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national or ethnic origin in their enrollment or employment policies.
